Oral Presentations Instructions

• English is the official language of the conference, therefore all presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.

• Time allocations for individual lectures are listed in the program (30 min for an invited/contributed lecture, 20 min for a "junior" lecture). The allocated time includes the Q&A and discussion.

• Please prepare your presentation preferably using Microsoft Office PowerPoint version 2003 and higher. Supported file types: PPT, PPA, PPTA, PPTX, PDF.

• The format of the screens used is 16:9 with connection via HDMI.

• We prefer to present using the laptops that will be provided. If you want to use your computer, make sure your computer is equipped with an HDMI interface or that you have the correct adapter with you.

• Remember, when saving your final presentation to the USB flash drive, be sure to include your video files and any links to these multimedia files.

• A laser pointer will be provided during the presentations.
